2. Purposes for Which Personal Data Will Be Processed

Our company processes personal data limited to the purposes and conditions set out in the personal data processing conditions specified in the second paragraph of Article 5 and the third paragraph of Article 6 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. These purposes and conditions are as follows;

– The relevant activity of our Company regarding the processing of your personal data is clearly prescribed by law,

– The processing of your personal data by our Company is directly related to and necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract,

– The processing of your personal data is mandatory for our Company to fulfill its legal obligations,

– Provided that your personal data is made public by you; processing by our Company for the limited purpose of making it public,

– The processing of your personal data by our Company is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of the rights of our Company or you or third parties,

– It is necessary for our Company to process personal data for its legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms,

– If the processing of personal data by our company is necessary to protect the life or physical integrity of the personal data owner or someone else, and in this case the personal data owner is unable to express his/her consent due to actual impossibility or legal invalidity,

– The processing of special personal data other than the health and sexual life of the personal data owner is prescribed by law,

– Processing of special personal data regarding the health and sexual life of the personal data owner by persons or authorized institutions and organizations under the obligation of confidentiality for the purposes of protecting public health, providing preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, and planning and managing health services and their financing.

In the absence of these conditions, the Company seeks the explicit consent of personal data owners in order to process personal data.

Under the conditions specified above, our Company may process personal data for the following purposes, but not limited to:

• In order to carry out the commercial activities carried out by the Company, the necessary work is carried out by our relevant business units and the execution of related business processes;

– Providing information to authorized institutions based on legislation,

• If our website is visited, it may be processed for the purposes of creating statistical data, recording visitor information and providing feedback.

All necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to prevent unlawful processing of your personal data and unlawful access to your data and to keep your personal data secure.

3. To whom and for what purpose it can be transferred

Your data is processed and stored securely for the purposes listed above. Your personal data processed within the scope of the purposes explained; In accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the KVKK and within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to banks related to the obligation to notify public institutions, legal legislation, the legal reason for the performance of the Contract, to hospitals and health institutions in order to fulfill the obligations of emergency medical interventions and occupational health and safety, and may be transferred domestically/internationally within the scope of the personal data processing purposes specified above within the framework of legal bases and your consent.

Our company may transfer the personal data and special personal data of the personal data owner to third parties abroad by taking the necessary security measures in line with the lawful personal data processing purposes.

Our company transfers personal data to foreign countries that are declared to have sufficient protection by the Personal Data Protection Authority (“Foreign Countries with Sufficient Protection”) or, in the absence of sufficient protection, to foreign countries where the data controllers in Turkey and the relevant foreign country have undertaken in writing to provide sufficient protection and where the Personal Data Protection Authority has granted its permission (“Foreign Countries Where the Data Controller Who Undertakes to Provide Sufficient Protection Is Located”). In this regard, our company acts in accordance with the regulations stipulated in Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

4. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data may vary depending on the services provided by our Company and the commercial activities of our Company; however, it may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically through automatic or non-automatic methods, with all accommodation documents, application forms and other documents related to the transactions arranged with your approval and/or signature, through our Company units and departments, website, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means. In addition, when you use our call centers or our website to use the Company services, when you visit our Company or our website, when you participate in training, seminars or organizations organized by our Company, your personal data may be processed.

Your personal data is obtained in writing, verbally or electronically, by automatic or non-automatic means, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and the purposes specified above.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company using the methods set out below, our Company will finalize the request free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the response process incurs additional costs, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. In this context, personal data owners;

• Learning whether personal data is being processed,
• To request information regarding the processing of personal data,
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
• Requesting correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and requesting notification of the action taken within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, • Requesting deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the PDP Law and other relevant laws, and requesting notification of the action taken within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
• To object to a result that is to the detriment of the person himself/herself, as a result of the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
• In case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data, the person has the right to demand compensation for the damages.
